The Station is a newly renovated project consisting of two iconic buildings in the heart of Downtown Castle Rock. The Station is focused on creating a vibrant, flexible workspace, and entertainment venue for entrepreneurs and emerging companies. With a \"tip of the hat\" to the historic, and a push forward into the new modern, Castle Rock, The Station offers a unique opportunity to lease space that is both exciting in itself but surrounded by an abundance of other amenities for its tenants. The Annex Building at The Station is located at 240 Wilcox and offers open co-working space, individual offices, and access to a conference room, kitchenette, mailbox, and copy/print room included in the monthly rate. Additionally, it provides access to the new Backyard Biergarten next door which will offer breakfast, lunch, and of course, beer from local breweries. The Backyard is a place where ideas can emerge over a beer, a business lunch, or hanging out at night at one of the events. The space would be open to the tenants of The Station for breakfast and lunch only, and then after that would open to the public where locals will gather with their friends, families, to enjoy a beer, a backyard BBQ, firepits, sports on the abundant screens, and music after 5pm. This is an afternoon hangout, an early evening rendezvous, and a simple place to have easy conversations with people we love hanging out with. Lease rates for the co-working and private offices range from $350-1,050 and are available on a month-to-month basis and will include furniture in addition the aforementioned amenities. Please contact Nick Hier for additional information on this exciting new project reshaping the face of Downtown Castle Rock. THE STATION The Station is the coming-together of two iconic buildings in Castle Rock, the Old Gas Station and the Old Fire Station. In this space we are creating the most innovative Castle Rock flexible work space and hang out venue for Entrepreneurs and Emerging Companies. With a \"tip of the hat\" to the historic, and a push forward into the new modern Castle Rock, we are accelerating our town into becoming the #SiliconRock and hot bed for startup activity. With anchor tenants SmarterChaos, She Is Media, and DealTaker that came from startup to now being Top 100 Colorado Companies to Watch, Top 500 Financial times companies, and listed on the INC 5000 for 5 years in a row, the atmosphere is already sizzling with electricity. THE STATION - The Annex This is the co-working space and the business model is to rent monthly offices for a flexible work/life balance. We are charging by the office monthly depending on square footage and location in the building, and then $350 a month to those that want to be members and that want access to the space, conference room, mailbox, and of course perks at The Backyard Biergarten. This business could offer additional classes, events, and could rent out the space for external usage with or without catering. THE STATION - The Backyard Positioned perfectly in the courtyard between the Old Gas Station and the Old Firehouse, this is a venue that by day is a perfect flexible work space for ideas to flourish between the long term tenants in the Old Firehouse and the new startup tenants in the Old Gas Station. Ideas can emerge over a beer, a business lunch, or hanging out at night at one of the events. This space would be open to the \'members\' of The Station for breakfast and lunch only, and then after that would open to \"the public\" where we invite locals to bring their friends, their families, and enjoy a beer, a backyard BBQ, and some music after 5pm. This is an afternoon hangout, an early evening rendezvous, and a simple place to have easy conversations with people we love hanging out with. Beer will be sold at the bar area and will be stocked and promoted by local breweries. This will be the \"tap room\" of Castle Rock to showcase the local talent and draw in fans of the local breweries. Food at lunch and dinner will be serviced by an outside Food vendor from a Food Truck-style approach to lunch and dinner. We have identified several options and are closing in on very good ones. Morning fare will be available to the public in the front in the glass hut and will be breakfast paninis, oatmeals, and yoghurts that do not require extensive preparation. This is also to be serviced by the Food Truck partnership. We want the public to be able to stop by for a quick bite, and continue on to the Park, shopping, or wherever they are headed in town by moving some of the food up front. Ambiance would be a backyard with astro turf, televisions, outdoor firepits, a BBQ pit to pick up your meat, and simple cold plates being served from the \"kitchen.\" The entire vibe is where you want to bring 3 generations of family including kids, and grand parents and just enjoy working, living, and playing in our beautiful downtown. ]]>
